The Essay App helps you move beyond the fear of the blank page so you can finally put your ideas down on paper. Then, it helps you move them around and change them, word by word, sentence by sentence, and paragraph by paragraph, rejecting what doesn’t work and keeping what’s great. In the end, what you’re left with is your incredible ideas, powerfully written.

THE PROBLEM
The problem with word processing technology today is that it basically hasn’t been updated since the 1980s. Most of the writing tools available may autocorrect your words or provide suggestions based on popular sentence structure or ideas, but they do not help you formulate your own thoughts cohesively.
Julian and Jordan Peterson not only believe in this writing tool and the technology to help an individual write better essays, emails, resumes, etc. but they also believe in the power of being a great writer in general. Writing better means you think better which means you improve your own life and the lives of those around you.
OUR SOLUTION
Our plan from the beginning was to market this app in exactly the ways that will have the maximum amount of impact and success for them. Not only is this new technology which needs to find it’s audience, but it also has a unique story featuring Dr. Jordan Peterson and his son Julian Peterson. We jumped at the chance to be able to work with them to promote this tool and deeper understand the philosophy behind it.
We put together a plan to cover everything from how the app works, why it exists, why writing is so important, as well as social media content to attract their audience. So far there has been 213K views on their YouTube channel in the first month, resulting in over 1500 subscriptions valued at over $150K so far. It’s been a very successful partnership and friendship and we’re proud to be working with them for Essay and on future projects.
